The Relytex® truck safety tarpaulin.

The textile structure equipped with sensor technology - adapted to the needs of our customers. In order to expand the range of applicability, the developed tamper-proof alarm electronics have been miniaturized more and more. Depending on the specification, Relytex® sensor tarpaulins are temperature and UV-resistant, have fire protection classes as required and are also suitable for cleaning pressure lamps. Primarily in goods security, the alarm sensor textile enables the effective security of truck and trailer tarpaulins. The retrofit kit consists of a light, flexible PVC tarpaulin equipped with sensors. The sensors are monitored by alarm electronics - welded to the inside of the tarpaulin. In the event of damage, an acoustic alarm is triggered on the tarpaulin electronics and at the same time an encrypted signal is sent to an optionally available black box. In order to be able to forward the alarm to existing telematics systems, the black box has various interfaces. 

The system can be configured either as an acoustic or a silent alarm. In addition to providing 360 ° all-round protection for truck tarpaulins, the alarm system is also ideal for protecting safety-relevant components, pharmaceutical, biomedical or explosive products, containers, pallets, transport containers or bags, military or valuables transports as well as halls and gates.
